Taking leaps towards my goal

But the path is horrifying

Hurdles and thorns are all I face

It just gets harder and harder

It wasn’t supposed to   

They just want me to fall

Oh God why!

Please tell me why!

Broken and beaten, I chase my fate

Never giving up is all I know

Success is my only option

It just gets worse and worse, was it supposed to?

They just want me to burn

Oh god why!

I just don’t care anymore

Because I’ll rise,

Rise from my ashes to fulfill my destiny

And crush those en route

As failing is something I’ve never known!
